Service assignment at a leading tyre manufacturer

We recently carried out a service assignment on a 30-tonne mixer gearbox for a leading car tyre manufacturer. The gearbox is a central component in tyre compound production and must operate with particular reliability during continuous operation.

Repair of a transfer case for a 500-tonne casting crane

For a high-performance 500-ton casting crane, PW Hueber carried out a comprehensive service operation on a 7.3 t distributor gearbox, type 2SPLF1700/3200. Our team at the Kirn site handled every step – from delivery and careful disassembly to thorough inspection and precise reassembly.

Using modern testing procedures, full injection lubrication, and professional assembly of the planetary gear, we ensure optimal performance and long-term reliability of the gearbox.

Rapid repair of an industrial gearbox

In an emergency project at a wire production plant, PW Hueber overhauled a 19-tonne industrial gearbox in just seven days.
